Summary

TechBiz Global is seeking an Intern Talent Sourcer who speaks German to join their Recruitment Squad. The role involves designing sourcing strategies, crafting and monitoring recruitment campaigns, partnering with recruiters and HRs, market mapping, utilizing data for optimization, and supporting the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.

Requirements

• Fluent English (at least C1 level) must have
• Fluent German (at least C1 level) must have

Responsibilities

• Design sourcing strategies: Find, engage and assess candidates utilizing different social media platforms, tools, and techniques
• Craft and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure peak efficiency
• Partner with Recruiters, and HRs to align on position requirements and act as SME for the talent market
• Market map and ensure Techbiz Global has rich talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Utilize data to optimize sourcing metrics, draw insights and create action plans that support the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
