Summary

TechBiz Global is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join their Recruitment Squad. The role involves designing sourcing strategies, crafting and monitoring recruitment campaigns, partnering with recruiters and HRs, market mapping, utilizing data for optimization, and more. Proven sourcing experience for both tech and non-technical roles is required, along with strong English communication skills. Requirements

• Any proven sourcing experience for both tech and non-technical roles
• Experience in attracting talent through different tools and methods like Linkedin Recruiter, X-ray searching (building boolean strings), Github, events, etc
• Ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time
• Strong communication in English (both verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Design sourcing strategies: Find, engage and assess candidates utilizing different social media platforms, tools, and techniques
• Craft and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure peak efficiency
• Partner with Recruiters, and HRs to align on position requirements and act as SME for the talent market
• Market map and ensure Techbiz Global has healthy talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Utilize data to optimize sourcing metrics, draw insights and create action plans that support the overall Talent Acquisition strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a scaling tech organization
• Strong communication in Russian
