Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a closely related field
  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a Tax Accountant or Tax Analyst
  • Comprehensive understanding of tax regulations, with a preference for experience in international tax
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting laws and procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Research and monitor changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Analyze and predict the impact of tax changes on business operations, and prepare teams accordingly
  • Create and execute tax planning strategies to improve financial performance
  • Find and recommend tax savings opportunities to increase profits
  • Review and ensure operational compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Manage tax preparation, filing, and compliance for assigned regions
  • Assist with audits and communicate with external auditors and tax authorities
  • Develop and implement international tax policies
  • Provide expert support to business teams by simplifying complex tax questions
