Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
• 5+ years in or around the Tax Industry or Tax Technology space
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
• Strong understanding of the Tax Industry or Tax Technology space
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with market research and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Proficiency in product management software and tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy
• Conduct market research to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation
• Define product requirements and create detailed product roadmaps based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market trends
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch products
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform future product development
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the tax accounting or financial services industry
• Product management certification
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies
