Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of practical experience in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules, ideally with in-depth knowledge of Employee Central
• You have the ability to lead and motivate people and have some experience in managing projects and teams
• You are able to explain complex issues clearly and communicate with different stakeholders at eye level - both in German (at least C1 level) and in English
• You have extensive experience in customer consulting and have a good understanding of customers' needs and challenges
• You know how to develop and implement sustainable, strategic solutions
• You work in a goal-oriented and independent manner, maintain an overview even in complex projects and make well-founded decisions that move the project forward

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP SuccessFactors Consultants
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Supervise the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets
• Provide guidance on best practices, system architecture, and integration strategies for our customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team
