Summary
Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as a Quality Team Manager. This remote position within the EU Managed Services team focuses on building and leading a team of consultants, ensuring customer success by maintaining production vaults and driving service growth. You will manage client communication, act as an escalation point for emerging biotech customers, and lead the hiring process in Poland. The role requires experience in operational or support leadership, IT, and a deep understanding of ITIL principles. Veeva offers a flexible work environment and various benefits.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an Operational or Support Leadership role
- 5+ years of experience working in IT, Project Management, Consultancy, Technical Product management, or an adjacent business role, ideally in a life science setting from a Vendor perspective
- Proven track record of hiring in Poland in the IT industry
- Deep understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to handle customer escalations, finding an agreement, reaching Customer Success
- Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- University degree (At least a Bachelorโs degree is required)
- Legal right to work across Europe
Responsibilities
- Build a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants focusing on Quality Managed Services work for both SMB and Global accounts (Biotech and large Biopharma)
- Help our clients keep their Production Vaults updated with new Features and Best Practices to ensure customer success
- Design, plan, and drive long-term service growth for a leading cloud software company
- Serve as a point of Quality leadership for selected Biotech and large Biopharma accounts
- Led a customer-facing team, including resource planning, following up with their utilization, and ensuring their professional growth, leading to Employee Success
- Act as liaison managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams
- Engage with Emerging Biotech customers, acting as an escalation point
- Work together with the EU Quality Managed Services leadership team to ensure Customer Success after application implementation was completed for all sizes of customers
- Lead hiring process for high-performing consultants from Poland
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in ITIL ยฎ 4
- Experience in the Pharma Quality spaces
- Experience with Data or Content Management applications
- Direct experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, Documentum, D2, OpenText, SharePoint, FirstDoc, FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, Cornerstone, MasterControl, TrackWise QMS, Labware or other Content Management, Training, QMS, or LMS applications
- Fluency in more than one European language
