You will bridge commercial and technical conversations, leading sales processes with a consultative and technical approach. Responsibilities include pitching products and services, executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing data to improve go-to-market strategies. You will also lead technical discovery, create tailored solutions, and build prototypes to showcase product potential. The role requires 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of APIs and integrations. Requirements
- 2β5 years of experience in SaaS sales, either as an Account Executive with technical knowledge or as a Sales/Pre-Sales Engineer
- Excellent level of communication skills : Being able to communicate without problems, verbally and written, building trust with the client
- Proven experience conducting meetings through video-conference tools (and feeling comfortable about it)
- Solid understanding of APIs, Webhooks, automation tools, and system integrations
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher), Spanish, and any other language is a plus
- You are organized and able to manage a big pipeline
Responsibilities
- Achieving a monthly quota in phone calls, email, and meetings
- Mastering the Landbot platform and staying up to date with new features
- Lead technical discovery and product demos for prospects with technical backgrounds (Product engineers / Software engineers/ Ops)
- Translate complex customer requirements into tailored Landbot solutions
- Build simple prototypes, integrations, or walkthroughs to showcase product potential
- Prospecting & Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a robust pipeline through targeted outreach and engagement strategies
- Opportunity Qualification : Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and align solutions effectively
- Pitch & Proposal Development : Create compelling, customized proposals to demonstrate value and close deals
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to structure mutually beneficial agreements that drive client success
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams in later-stage opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the chatbot/communications automation industry
- Knowledge of Digital/Conversational Marketing
