Requirements

• Java 17+ programming language proficiency using Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch) and microservices API REST architecture
• Proficiency in version control with Git
• Relational database (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgresSQL, MySQL) and non-relational database (mongoDB) proficiency
• Solid experience in agile methodologies
• Cloud architecture and resource experience (preferably Cloud AWS), with practices using queues and storage
• Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernets)
• Unit testing experience using JUnit and Mockito
• CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins)
• Microservices monitoring experience (Grafana, Kibana, Dynatrace)

• Develop technology solutions to leverage supported teams
• Maintain existing solutions and propose improvements
• Participate in technical discussions to create high-quality software with high performance
• Help conceive and architect software applications
• Implement best technical practices with quality and security
• Act in a team, participating effectively in ceremonies, discussions, and supporting decision-making and conflict resolution
• Ensure the quality, compliance, and safety of delivered solutions
• Travel through supported areas providing inputs and bringing needs
• Lead software development in a sustainable way to ensure quality, security, and maintainability
• Work together with company leadership to align technological evolution strategies
• Lead the technical team, promoting a healthy and collaborative work environment
• Identify and fill primary technical gaps of developers in the squad
