Tech Product Owner

Summary

Join our team as a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to drive the development of innovative solutions enhancing customer experience. You will define product vision, conduct A/B testing, collaborate with technical teams, analyze customer data, explore product grouping and personalization opportunities, and act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams. The role requires a strong technical background, proven experience in customer experience, and proficiency in data analysis. Expected travel is 0-15% to the UK and USA. Requirements

• Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and how to leverage them for product enhancement
• Experience with integration of third-party services and tools

• Technical background, with a strong understanding of both product management and technology concepts
• Proven experience in customer experience roles, with a focus on enhancing user journeys and satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to create strategic roadmaps that add value and align with business goals

• Familiarity with product grouping and personalization strategies to enhance the customer experience

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a clear vision for our products and customer experience initiatives, creating a value-driven strategic roadmap
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate product features and customer experience enhancements, using insights to drive improvements
• Collaborate with technical teams to oversee the integration of third-party services and ensure seamless functionality within our products
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement, helping to inform product decisions
• Work independently to explore opportunities for grouping products and personalization to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and priorities
