• Have proven experience in sourcing for technical roles

• Know how to use LinkedIn and other professional platforms effectively
• Have strong communication skills and can craft personalized outreach messages that stand out

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify top tech talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, and other relevant platforms
• Craft and execute outreach strategies to engage potential candidates
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent excited about Apify’s mission
• Partner with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles and refine sourcing strategies
• Keep up with the latest recruitment trends and best practices in sourcing
• Represent Apify at networking events, meetups, and online communities to expand our talent reach

• Shape and implement recruitment strategies that connect great people with outreach messaging
