Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and update of our SharePoint pages to improve usability, functionality, and alignment with our communications objectives
• Collaborate on the integration of ServiceNow with our existing systems, developing a user-friendly intranet-style portal that supports employee engagement and communication
• Utilize technical expertise to enhance our communication platforms, ensuring that tools like SharePoint and ServiceNow are effectively leveraged to meet team goals
• Work closely with the Communications and Engagement team to ensure that all technical solutions are aligned with broader team strategies and goals
• Provide training and support to team members on using SharePoint and ServiceNow tools, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing use
