Technical Compliance Writer

Summary

Join Level Access, a company dedicated to security, privacy, and accessibility, as a Technical Compliance Writer. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand our products and security programs, creating and maintaining compliance documentation. Responsibilities include completing customer security questionnaires, providing timely responses to information requests, maintaining records, and offering ad-hoc support. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field, with validated experience in information technology writing
• Approach dedicated to the customer, with the ability to balance speed and accuracy to meet demand, while exercising good judgement to advance when vital
• Excellent written communication skills, paying attention to detail and demonstrating a strong command of English grammar and punctuation
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business collaborators to capture information and requirements
• Ability to collaborate optimally with peers
• Good management of time with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and an eye for prioritization
• Approach to knowledge management with curiosity and passion for seeking answers in ambiguous environments and bringing order to chaos
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and develop a deep understanding of Level Access products and the organizational security and privacy program and maintain this understanding as these areas evolve
• Fill out customer security questionnaires that come through from Sales, Renewals or other sources
• Provide timely response to new requests for information and steadfastly follow all requests through to timely completion, collaborating with others to source information where vital
• Use existing company tools and processes and ensure we keep records and an audit trail of all responses
• Provide other technical compliance writing to support internal and external teams as requested

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of cybersecurity and privacy concepts
• Understanding of web accessibility
