Technical Lead

Summary

Join our team as a Technical Lead with 4+ years of experience in IT Operations, SRE, DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure roles. We're looking for someone with expertise in APM monitoring tools, ELK stack, and troubleshooting applications in production environments.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of professional experience in IT Operations, SRE, DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure roles
• Experience with APM monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog or NewRelic) and/or ELK stack
• Hands-on technical expertise in last year at least in one type of technology solution (e.g.. CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares or similar enterprise complex solutions)
• Experience with Issue & Tracking systems (e.g. JIRA or ServiceNow)
• Knowledge in troubleshooting applications in production environments (e.g., Weblogic, JBoss, Databases, Java or similar technologies)
• Knowledge in Cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Knowledge using relational databases or NoSql (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cassandra)
• Good level of Spanish and English (mandatory)
• Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar

• Manage and lead technical projects
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members
