Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • 8 + years of experience in project or program management role, preferably with full agile development life cycle experience
  • Ability to establish credibility and trust with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills, listening, negotiation and presentation skills, particularly with executive level stakeholders
  • Proficient at managing and leading diverse teams made up of people with a variety of technical skills and backgrounds, in different locations (i.e., remote and/or on-site), and from different organizations (i.e., CapTechers, client employees, and/or other vendors)
  • Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements
  • Ability to assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and design optimal solution
  • Ability to understand and document business requirements
  • Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
  • Experience working with data and analytics professionals in team-based environments
  • Understanding of basic data management and business intelligence concepts
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data management and BI platforms

  • Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements
  • Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
  • Develop and communicate integrated project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the project delivery and support the triage and resolution of critical issues that arise throughout the project
  • Perform hands-on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project
  • Seeks and develops relationships with key stakeholders by immersing themselves in client culture
