Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the online education market
• Analyze competitor offerings and assess potential areas of differentiation
• Propose innovative course topics that align with our brand and target audience
• Develop hypotheses around the viability of new course ideas and design tests to validate these hypotheses
• Collaborate with our team of experts to refine course concepts and curricula
• Assist the team in identifying suitable subjects for instructors
• Continuously monitor the performance of our courses and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare and present detailed reports on findings and recommendations to senior management
• Normalize and evaluate students' data for standardization and analysis purposes
• Preserve the historical record of ideas within Asana and Airtable

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Computer Science, or similar)
• Knowledge of visualization tools
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning about a wide range of subjects
