Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SaaS applications, particularly those listed in the role responsibilities
  • 1+ years in a similar role managing multiple business applications and providing technical support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Flexible mindset to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless integration and operation of all managed applications
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement best practices for system efficiency
  • Continuously improve workflows and processes related to our tech stack, enhancing productivity across the organization
  • Provide technical support to team members and develop training materials to maximize the effective use of our applications
  • Maintain robust security protocols across all platforms and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations
  • Act as a key support to the CEO in various business areas, providing data-driven insights and operational assistance as needed
  • Lead by example in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, displaying resilience, adaptability, and the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals under tight deadlines
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate various time zones, supporting global teams

  • Experience with API integrations and basic scripting
  • GSuite and Microsoft365 administration
  • Workable support
