Summary

Join Alto Pharmacy as a Principal Product Manager - Technical for Partner Solutions and drive technical innovation to revolutionize the pharmacy industry. You will create and lead the partnerships' technical roadmap, work with cross-functional teams, and leverage your deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmacy industry to guide the development of cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of technical leadership experience as a Principal Engineer, Technical Program Management, Technical Product Management, Partner Solutions, Partner Success etc., working on commercial software solutions
  • Ability to produce production level code
  • Experience designing and architecting technical products that include mobile, full stack, complex technology stack in the healthcare or Pharmacy industry
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication with external partners, internal stakeholders, clear expectations setting and management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members

Responsibilities

  • Defining and owning the Technology roadmap for Partners, ensuring alignment with the overall technical north star future state
  • Build and code proof of concepts to prove the value by creatively solving problems
  • Work closely with Product teams and Alto owned Pharmacy operations, to build scalable, robust, compliant, and secure systems that power Alto's pharmacy services
  • Create success metrics, working back from the patient, partner. Create fall backs, leading and lagging indicators
  • Leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices to continually optimize and improve Alto Technology
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the team to push boundaries and explore new technologies and approaches to solve complex problems. Lead the innovation through proof of concepts and MVPs
  • Serve as an advisor and strategic thought partner to senior leadership, providing expert guidance and recommendations on product direction and technical priorities
