Summary

Join Pluribus Digital as a Technical Product Manager and contribute to impactful digital products for government clients. Requirements

  • Be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Have a bachelor’s degree
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical product manager leading one or more product delivery teams in an Agile development environment
  • Have formal training or certification in Agile software development methodologies
  • Demonstrate experience collaborating with stakeholders and the delivery team(s) to build the right solutions for the right people at the right time
  • Demonstrate ability to lead team collaboration efforts to meet scope, schedule, and delivery requirements
  • Demonstrate ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-team collaboration with other delivery teams
  • Demonstrate ability to drive improvements in product management processes through consistent actions and positive results
  • Demonstrate ability to ensure that solutions are based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, and that the user is at the center of everything that is designed, developed, and deployed
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate complex technical business issues for a wide range of audiences
  • Demonstrate ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and mitigations to stakeholders
  • Have experience managing product artifacts in Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-team collaboration with other delivery teams
  • Continually drive improvements in product management processes through consistent actions and positive results
  • Ensure that solutions are based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, and that the user is at the center of everything that is designed, developed, and deployed
  • Understand and implement plays in the US Digital Service Playbook
