Summary
Join Raft, a customer-obsessed company focused on Distributed Data Systems, Platforms at Scale, and Complex Application Development, as a Technical Product Manager. Support the Customer Journey from a DevSecOps CI/CD Tech perspective, assisting customer teams throughout their lifecycle within the CI/CD pipeline and DevSecOps services. As a generalist, you will possess strong knowledge of supported products and platforms. This role requires 5+ years of experience in software lifecycle management, including platform and infrastructure, product management, backlog management, stakeholder management, prioritization, roadmaps, agile methodologies, and scrum ceremonies. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for large enterprises and have experience in technical customer service and escalations. The position is remote, preferably local to San Antonio, TX, with up to 10% travel. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.
Requirements
- 5+years' experience with Software Lifecycle management, to include
- Platform and Infrastructure

- Scrum ceremonies
- Ability to write and communicate technical approaches
- A deep understanding for agile and DevSecOps methodologies
- Capable of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for a large enterprise that consists of hundreds of applications
- Experience in Technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and experience in escalations
- Able to obtain a Security+ certification within 90 days of employment with Raft
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Journey from a DevSecOps CI/CD Tech perspective and support customer teams as they travel through their lifecycles within CI/CD pipeline and DevSecOps services
- Be considered a "generalist" on CI/CD pipeline and security requirements with a strong knowledge of the products being supported as well as the platform
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservice architectures (REST, JMS, AMQP)
- Strong Bash and Python coding skills
- Experience with Isito
