Technical Production Designer

Summary

Join We Are Rosie as a Production Designer for a remote, 8-month contract (20-30 hours/week). This role demands high proficiency in production design, ensuring brand consistency across various marketing channels. You will execute creative assets, handle production design tasks, support content production, and conduct quality control. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in production design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and excellent communication abilities. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $40.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a production design role, preferably in an agency or in-house environment
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong knowledge of production workflows
• Work with other graphic design tools (Figma, Acrobat Pro) as needed
• Experience in technical production work
• Ability to shift seamlessly between creative and executional tasks based on project needs
• Thorough attention to detail
• Strong understanding of print and digital production processes, including file prep and mechanical builds
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Execute creative assets across digital, print, experiential, and in-market marketing
• Handle production design tasks, including file preparation, mechanical builds, and asset adaptations
• Support the production, art direction, and execution of content, leveraging existing assets creatively
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in layouts, typography, and visual elements across all materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative and production responsibilities as needed
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure design accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines
