Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction technology, software implementation, or project management systems within large-scale capital projects
  • Strong knowledge of PMIS platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Oracle Primavera Unifier, e-Builder, etc.)
  • Experience in industrial or infrastructure construction environments
  • Demonstrated success in leading implementation, and enterprise integration initiatives
  • Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, cost controls, and contract management
  • Expertise in API integrations, data governance, and automation for construction workflows
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
  • Experience in change management, user training, and adoption strategies
  • Ability to partner with the Account Leadership team to identify and capture growth opportunities within the clientโ€™s design and construction program
  • Quick adaptability to rapidly grasp and excel in new technical projects
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a program governance framework to guide the successful adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud and other enterprise solutions
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project roadmap, including project timelines, milestones, and resource plans to ensure structured implementation
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring proactive problem-solving and minimal disruption
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define system requirements, user needs, and process workflows. Demonstrate the ability to make strategic recommendations and leverage industry best practices to ensure timely decision-making, driving a speedy and smooth implementation
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support tool adoption and investment decisions
  • Act as the primary liaison between construction teams, project controls, IT, vendors, and executive leadership to proactively update software strategy and PMIS (Project Management Information System) implementation
  • Develop and maintain an overall construction technology roadmap, providing regular updates to the clientโ€™s leadership team and the internal consulting team
  • Partner with procurement and contract teams to negotiate software licensing, service agreements, and implementation timelines
  • Lead and drive the design, configuration, and implementation of selected PMIS solutions, ensuring alignment with project management workflows and enterprise architecture
  • Integrate PMIS with enterprise platforms such as ERP, BIM, scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6), and document management systems to ensure seamless interoperability
  • Define and enforce data governance standards, ensuring consistency, security, and accuracy across platforms
  • Establish role-based access, security protocols, and compliance standards to protect sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in construction technology or project management systems (PMIS) for hyperscale, mission critical or infrastructure projects
  • Experience in PMIS new implementations
  • Expertise in either Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud and/or Trimble Unity Construct (f.k.a e-Builder)
