Summary

Join Hudl as a Technical Program Manager to drive hardware delivery for small and medium projects impacting athletes and fans globally. You will manage projects, strategize and prioritize tasks with stakeholders, and maintain accountability across teams. This role requires at least three years of hardware experience, a technical understanding of various engineering disciplines, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree. While based near Lincoln, Nebraska, remote work is possible in select cities. Requirements

  • Have at least three years of hardware industry experience
  • Possess a technical understanding of ID, ME, EE, firmware, supply chain, quality, and certifications; be comfortable serving as the technical representative when needed
  • Be able to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication
  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, or engineering discipline
  • Have experience managing hardware projects from conception to delivery

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects. Create and maintain project plans, addressing project risks with mitigation strategies
  • Strategize and prioritize. Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand priorities and outcomes, ensuring requirements are properly documented
  • Maintain accountability. Coordinate work execution across teams to stay on strategy, learn, and achieve intended outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hold a PMP certification
  • Have experience using Smartsheets/MS Project and Jira, and be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
