Technical Program Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Technical Program Manager for the D2C platform and work closely with teammates from engineering, design, and partnerships on project planning and delivering new Commerce web-sites and features across multiple T2 labels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project / Program Management experience in an Agile environment
• Proven track record of shipping quality products on time
• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Tracking and communicating project status, including risks, contingencies, and mitigation plans
• Strong organization, communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and other project management software
• BA degree in technical field

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with partners in Product, Partnerships and QA
• Plan and facilitate effective core Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint demos and retrospectives
• Remove impediments for the team to enable them to do their best work
• Advocate for best practice and quality and be a servant leader for the team
• Drive continuous team improvement through retrospectives and process improvements
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
