Summary
Join Gorilla Logic as a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead integration-focused initiatives. You will blend product ownership, backlog management, and agile delivery leadership, ensuring engineering teams remain aligned and productive. As a central orchestrator, you will coordinate across business stakeholders, architecture groups, and development teams. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, scrum master, or product owner roles within enterprise or consulting environments
- Strong background in integration projects, APIs, or multi-system workflows (e.g., CRM, ERP, legacy, cloud)
- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; capable of acting as both Scrum Master and backlog owner when needed
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams in technical delivery contexts—engineering, product, QA, architecture, and business
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate between technical complexity and business value
- Experience working with US-based clients in a delivery leadership capacity
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Serve as the integration-focused delivery lead, ensuring coordination across business, architecture, and engineering teams
- Act as Product Owner-lite, partnering with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize backlogs aligned to business value and technical feasibility
- Perform backlog grooming, sprint planning, and day-to-day scrum facilitation to keep development velocity high
- Identify and resolve blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and escalate risks or issues with clarity and foresight
- Ensure documentation of requirements, decisions, and dependencies is up-to-date and accessible
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate business needs into technical deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise integration strategies
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in software engineering or systems integration
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom middleware frameworks
- SAFe, PMI-ACP, or CSM certifications
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, telecom)
