Summary

Join Gorilla Logic as a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead integration-focused initiatives. You will blend product ownership, backlog management, and agile delivery leadership, ensuring engineering teams remain aligned and productive. As a central orchestrator, you will coordinate across business stakeholders, architecture groups, and development teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong Agile/Scrum expertise and experience managing cross-functional teams in technical delivery. Success in this role requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, along with experience working with US-based clients. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, scrum master, or product owner roles within enterprise or consulting environments
  • Strong background in integration projects, APIs, or multi-system workflows (e.g., CRM, ERP, legacy, cloud)
  • Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; capable of acting as both Scrum Master and backlog owner when needed
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams in technical delivery contexts—engineering, product, QA, architecture, and business
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate between technical complexity and business value
  • Experience working with US-based clients in a delivery leadership capacity
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the integration-focused delivery lead, ensuring coordination across business, architecture, and engineering teams
  • Act as Product Owner-lite, partnering with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize backlogs aligned to business value and technical feasibility
  • Perform backlog grooming, sprint planning, and day-to-day scrum facilitation to keep development velocity high
  • Identify and resolve blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and escalate risks or issues with clarity and foresight
  • Ensure documentation of requirements, decisions, and dependencies is up-to-date and accessible
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate business needs into technical deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise integration strategies
  • Own project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in software engineering or systems integration
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom middleware frameworks
  • SAFe, PMI-ACP, or CSM certifications
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, telecom)
