Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-5 years' project management, in a technical environment within healthcare revenue cycle
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Familiarity and experience with Experian Health products

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines and milestones for assigned projects, and coordinate with partners to define project scope and goals
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on migration goals, tasks and timing
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project deliverables
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address issues and minimize disruptions
  • Promote progress across teams, according to the established plan and schedule
  • Monitor progress and identify any plan deviations, blockers, challenges or bottlenecks, taking corrective action
  • Communicate progress, status updates and important milestones to partners
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project processes and outcomes, including configuration settings, decisions, dependencies and post-migration procedures
  • Prepare regular reports and documentation for management and audit purposes
