Requirements

  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in project management
  • Background in software engineering with a demonstrated experience in embedded software projects/development
  • Understanding of processes and standards such as ISO and CMMI, and a demonstrated experience with software-related quality standards and certification activities
  • Demonstrated experience with Product Lifecycle notions
  • Strong mentoring, supervisory, and team-building abilities
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, combined with high motivation and the ability to multi-task
  • Must be a US citizen

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT and process/transformation projects independently, without relying on other project managers for oversight
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Develop and implement project management processes in accordance with industry standards (ISO, CMMI) and software quality certifications
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Oracle to track project progress and report on key metrics
  • Work in a services environment and achieve results with teams of 4+ members

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with Jira and Oracle
