Requirements

• Proven Leadership: Experience leading high-performing teams of 3-10 members, managing enterprise-level, cloud-based software solutions on time and within budget
• Consulting Expertise: A background in consultancy or digital agency work, giving you the skills to navigate complex client ecosystems effectively
• Technical Mastery: Extensive PM experience with enterprise-level, web-based applications deployed to the cloud (.NET, Sitecore, and related technologies)
• Agile Proficiency: Solid grasp of Business Analysis, Agile, and Scrum methodologies to drive successful project outcomes
• Hands-On Background: A technical foundation (prior experience as a Software Engineer/Developer and a relevant degree are helpful)

Responsibilities

• Lead High-Impact, Client-Facing Projects: Take ownership of complex software development projects, ensuring success in design, quality management, and team leadership
• Guide project teams through microservices and headless architecture, .NET, CMS, e-commerce, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) solutions deployed to the Azure cloud
• Champion Agile Excellence: Execute projects with Agile/Scrum methodologies, overseeing sprint and backlog management to deliver high-quality solutions that align with our "Vision to Victory" commitment to client success
• Drive Best Practices and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to architectural and technical best practices across the project lifecycle
• Keep your team aligned on producing robust code and solution elements
• Manage Scope and Client Expectations: Proactively handle project scope, guide client expectations, and ensure deliverables meet high standards for completeness and quality
• Promote Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Build a collaborative rapport with client management, stakeholders, and SMEs
• Facilitate requirements discovery sessions, creating key project artifacts to keep teams aligned and moving forward
• Step into a Business Analyst Role When Needed: Lead requirements discovery sessions and develop project backlog artifacts, supporting or filling in for Business Analysts as needed to ensure project success
• Champion Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management: Maintain exceptional client relationships by addressing concerns proactively and driving results that resonate with clients throughout each phase of the project
• Support Business Development Initiatives: Contribute to sales efforts by supporting opportunity qualification, account planning, project estimation, and proposal development, showcasing RDA’s strategic and technical expertise
• Continuous Learning and Development: Stay ahead of industry trends by expanding your skills with key platforms leveraged at RDA, including cloud technologies, containerization, advanced JavaScript frameworks, and CMS tools
