Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience within renewable energy projects (solar, wind, battery storage, or related fields)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation required
- Strong technical electrical engineering design experience, with knowledge of power systems, grid integration, and energy storage solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget
- Oversee and contribute to the technical design and engineering aspects of electrical systems for renewable energy infrastructure
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholders, to drive project success
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and quality control measures
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project team members
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align project goals and expectations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electrical design software (e.g., ETAP, SKM PowerTools, AutoCAD)
