Join Ting Internet as a Technical Project Manager and contribute to the design, execution, and delivery of IS solutions supporting our strategic objectives. You will be involved in various aspects of the solution lifecycle, managing change requests and projects, and collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. This remote position, open to US and Canadian applicants, is a 6-month contract. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize existing systems, and ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external teams, fostering partnerships and contributing to system documentation. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role, such as business analyst, project manager
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and delivery of Information Systems solutions
- Support the development and management of change requests and project plans
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and contribute to the translation of requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Support communication plans by providing regular status updates and assisting with risk assessments
- Translate business requirements into solutions requests for completion by technical administrators or engineering resources
- Contribute to regular reviews and assessments of implemented solutions to ensure quality standards, performance requirements, and business objectives are met
- Assist in the implementation of solution 'go live' and post-launch monitoring strategies
- Foster partnerships with internal customers, stakeholders, and vendors
- Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation
- Collaborate and engage vendors when support is required. Stay informed about upcoming changes and new features in comparison to our plan
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using and leading change with customer and sales solutions (e.g. Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce). Certifications are a plus but not required
- A team player who is able to manage the requests of multiple groups simultaneously
- Strong team collaboration skills with a willingness to learn and contribute
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
- Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience using, managing and building reports and dashboards
