Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a market research vendor or agency
  • Familiarity with quantitative survey research and common data structures
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously while setting clear priorities
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across distributed teams without formal authority
  • Strong organizational skills, including creating processes to meet deadlines consistently
  • Self-motivation and proactiveness, with minimal need for supervision
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Translate client requirements into technical specifications for dataset variables
  • Standardize Processes by developing and maintaining systems to ensure quality and consistency in dataset delivery, including variable recoding to meet client needs
  • Create and implement a standardized process for dataset inspection to confirm accuracy and completeness
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality work for major clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, troubleshoot issues, and refine processes to meet expectations
  • Organize Workflows
  • Design transparent and effective workflows, including clear plans, milestones, and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and resolving client requests
  • Proven ability to design processes and systems that ensure delivery milestones are met
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing distributed teams, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical acumen to partner effectively with engineers and researchers while serving as the client-facing project lead
