Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, computer science, or related fields, plus 5 years of relevant experience writing and working with technical SMEs to develop compelling and compliant technical proposal content
• Demonstrated experience writing technical responses for technical volumes of the proposal’s response
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Exchange, and Adobe Professional
• US Citizenship or Green Card holders with at least 3 years of residence within the US

Responsibilities

• Excellent written communication skills: Ability to convey technical information clearly, concisely and with a flair for innovation concepts
• Strong research skills: Gathering and analyzing technical data to accurately document features and functionalities
• Be able to write with a little marketing flair for creativity
• Be able to have a journalist flair and interview the Solution Architect to gather there over all win themes and story line for a proposal submittal
• Have a clear understanding of the technical domain related to the service being documented
• Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and the win- theme is shown throughout the documentation
• Editing and proofreading skills, be able to correct grammar, spelling, and punctuations error
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to gather needed information to be successful
• Being able to adhere to deadlines
• Ability to learn new technologies that would help benefit our customers
