Join our client, an AI-driven revenue intelligence platform, as an Experienced Technical Recruiter based in India. This remote contract role requires experience recruiting Frontend and Backend Engineers at all levels. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, develop sourcing strategies, maintain a candidate pipeline, conduct interviews, and provide regular updates to hiring managers. The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically in recruiting for Frontend and Backend Engineers, and excellent communication skills. This position is remote and contract-based.

Requirements

• Must live in India - Pune or Bangalore is preferred
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically in recruiting for Frontend and Backend Engineers
• Recent work experience with minimal gaps in employment history, focusing on long-term projects
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for developer and technical roles
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and the recruitment team on the status of open positions and candidate pipeline
