  • Skilled in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding handover
  • Clear and proactive communicator across both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency at every stage
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple searches and manage competing deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Adept at using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics tools, and modern sourcing technologies
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth startups or technology-driven organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of hiring for a range of technical positions, from individual contributors to senior engineering leaders
  • Experience working as part of a distributed or remote team, with a history of successful virtual collaboration
  • Familiarity with best practices in equitable and inclusive hiring, including structured interviews and bias mitigation

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and the VP of People to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture for each search
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of highly qualified technical candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews, accurately assessing candidates’ technical abilities, cultural add, and long-term potential
  • Guide candidates and hiring teams through a positive, transparent, and efficient recruitment process from first contact through offer acceptance
  • Leverage data and metrics to track, report, and continuously improve recruitment funnel performance and candidate experience
  • Act as an ambassador for our employer brand, promoting our values and opportunities to diverse talent communities
  • Ensure all recruiting processes are compliant, equitable, and aligned with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
