Technical Recruiter

Summary

Join InnoCraft as a Recruiter on a 6-month contract to support recruitment activities during a high-growth period. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and help shape the candidate experience. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles across Europe, New Zealand, Asia, and Canada. You will report to the Talent Manager based in Canada and work in an asynchronous environment. The position is fully remote and requires location in Germany or France. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication in english
• Experience hiring technical engineering roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Passion for people, hiring, and candidate experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment for various roles (tech, marketing, operations, etc.)
• Conduct HR Interviews
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain candidate records and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to tech/startup recruitment
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools such as Lever
• Proficiency in French or German
