Technical Recruiter

Summary

Join InnoCraft as a Recruiter for a 6-month contract, playing a vital role in full-cycle recruitment across various roles and locations. You will source candidates, conduct interviews, manage candidate records, and support employer branding initiatives. This is a remote position requiring 2+ years of recruitment experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring technical engineering roles and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication in english
• Experience hiring technical engineering roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment for various roles (tech, marketing, operations, etc.)
• Conduct HR Interviews
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain candidate records and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to tech/startup recruitment
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools
• Proficiency in French or German
