Summary
Join Orium as a Technical Recruiter and play a key role in building high-performing teams across the Americas. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent & Culture, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will utilize creative sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Your responsibilities include coordinating interviews, amplifying Orium's employer brand, and staying informed on market trends. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with experience in technical recruitment. Requirements
- 2+ years of technical recruitment experience, ideally in fast-paced environments like startups, agencies, or professional services
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a focus on engaging passive talent and partnering with executing stakeholders
- A creative problem-solver who thrives on overcoming challenges with energy and determination
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a fun, team-oriented environment
- Curiosity and a commitment to staying informed on recruitment trends and industry best practices
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to celebrating offer acceptances and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Use creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and social media platforms
- Build and nurture pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical roles, ensuring our teams are always ready to scale
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored talent solutions that exceed expectations
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and scheduling to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Amplify our employer brand through engaging job posts, targeted campaigns, and social media outreach that showcase Orium’s culture and values
- Stay ahead of market trends, delivering insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and best practices to influence hiring strategies
- Act as an ambassador of Orium’s culture, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and equitable experience for all candidates and stakeholders
