Requirements

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in the tech industry; additional agency experience is a plus
  • You know how to source, engage and close top Engineering and Product talent
  • Experience working with ATS systems (we use Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proven ability to advise and build trust with stakeholders across all levels of seniority
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade others
  • Outstanding skills in time management and prioritization
  • A mindset of resilience and flexibility in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive all aspects of the hiring life cycle
  • Partner with hiring managers across Engineering and Product to develop creative strategies and streamlined processes that identify the right talent for Talon.One
  • Use innovative and creative sourcing techniques to spot, attract, and engage top talent
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Analyze pipeline health with data, keeping stakeholders in the loop and making informed decisions to optimize the hiring process
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, understanding how our ATS and data storage impact reporting and hiring insights
