Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Tech Recruiting
• Proven ability to source, engage, and activate passive candidates
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to juggle multiple openings and deliver candidates quickly
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize efficiently
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and an excellent communicator
• A team player who can also work independently and meet hiring goals
