You will be a strategic partner to Engineering and Product teams, attracting and hiring exceptional technical talent. This role involves managing the full-cycle hiring process, building pipelines, and driving hiring velocity. You will also provide market insights and shape Sardine’s employer brand. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments and experience hiring across various engineering domains. Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, product-led tech environments
- Proven ability to hire across engineering domains (e.g., backend, infrastructure, AI/ML, security), ideally with exposure to fintech or high-growth tech startups
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- A clear, compelling communication style—both written and verbal
- High ownership mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle hiring process—from outreach to offer—with a relentless focus on candidate experience, speed, and quality
- Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across Product Engineering and AI/ML teams, aligning closely with hiring managers to drive strategic hiring in high-impact technical areas
- Drive hiring velocity through proactive pipeline building, tight process management, and clear communication with stakeholders
- Provide hiring teams with market insights, funnel data, and recruiting best practices to inform decision-making
- Help shape Sardine’s employer brand and outreach narrative for technical candidates
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Notion is a plus!
