Summary

Join Voleon, a leading technology company in finance, as a Technical Recruiter. Reporting to the Technical Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, focusing on Engineering, Trading, and IT. Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring goals, source top technical talent, manage the offer process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will contribute to improving recruiting processes and share insights on talent markets. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's future.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of top technical talent
  • Excellent client management skills with a history of developing customized, consultative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Track record of making substantial contributions at the team level, including mentorship, process improvement, and contributions to institutional knowledge and recruiting content
  • Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Technical hiring managers to support their growth efforts
  • Ensure weโ€™re meeting our hiring goals and exceptionally high quality standards in a sustainable and diligent manner
  • Contribute to sourcing a rich pipeline of rarified technical talent
  • Manage the offer process and develop effective closing strategies
  • Own the candidate experience and make it a positive and memorable journey, even for candidates who do not join us
  • Maintain and improve a high-performance recruiting process tuned to delivering outstanding quality of hire in an efficient, organized manner
  • Develop and share institutional knowledge / insight around talent markets and effective recruiting practices and content for Voleon
  • Lead various projects to improve our recruiting efforts overall

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree (a plus)
