Requirements
- Possess a bachelorβs degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
- Have 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Possess persuasive presentation skills, with experience delivering tailored pitches to executives or decision-makers
- Have exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Be proficient in CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and familiar with data-driven sales strategies
- Possess strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively
Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking
- Establish, develop and support personal business relationships with business partners in the US
- Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals
- Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience
- Meet and exceed sales quotas, tracking progress using CRM software, and generating regular performance reports
- Prepare the US sales budget with coordination with sales management and implementation in terms of quantities, prices, and margins
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Preferred Qualifications
- Have industry-specific experience in precision machined parts in automotive, truck, and medical manufacturing
- Possess advanced knowledge of sales techniques, such as consultative selling or value-based selling
- Have experience conducting virtual and in-person sales presentations using tools like Zoom or MS Teams
- Be available to travel domestically or internationally for client meetings and industry events, as needed
- Be familiar with market analytics software to inform sales strategies
- Have hydraulics experience
