Technical Sales Specialist in Worldwide

Summary

The Sales and Customer Experience Specialist (SCEP) collaborates with sales teams to generate new business opportunities and sell ServerHub products to clients from various countries and industries. They are expected to identify prospects, negotiate deals, submit orders, and participate in company meetings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Technical experience or knowledge about Servers, Webhosting, and Baremetals
• Good customer handling skills
• Flexible with different countries' zone shifts
• Excellent presentation & communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Problem solver

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects and generate new businesses within the sales process
• Sell company products or services to customers and represent the brand
• Reach out to potential leads through various channels: email, phone, text, and social media
• Negotiate with leads and use persuasion techniques to overcome objections and land deals
• Submit and process orders to ensure customers receive requested products or services on time
• Participate in company meetings with sales managers and other sales reps
• Follow up and track progress on previous sales deals

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with HubSpot CRM is preferable
• A Telesales background is preferred
• Hosting Services and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), IT Solutions, and Software Solutions sales experience is preferable
