Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience with PACS, RIS or hospital system operations and workflows
  • Extensive knowledge of interoperability in the medical domain and of communication standards such as DICOM and HL7
  • Solid understanding of the Linux CLI
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, training and team communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Assist Lunit's customers and partners with the preparation and install of Lunit INSIGHT solutions in various environments
  • Lead discussions about the technical aspects of Lunit INSIGHT integrations in various settings, in close cooperation with Lunit colleagues from other teams
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting as part of a multidisciplinary Customer Success Management team
  • Provide training sessions and documentation for colleagues, partners and customers
  • Collect feedback and requests for product improvements, and communicate them to headquarters

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with implementing various open source software and containerization
  • Experience with cloud systems (e.g., AWS, Azure and GCP) and APIs
  • Understanding of databases and web servers (Nginx, Apache)
  • Scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Bash, Python)
  • Experience in the medical industry or HealthCare IT
  • Experience with medical AI
  • Proficiency in a second language (French, German and/or Spanish)
