Summary

This role requires proven technical support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and JavaScript/HTML knowledge. Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support, product support, and/or software engineering capacity
  • Proven skill in crafting technical documentation tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Basic to intermediate Javascript and HTML experience is required
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience identifying root causes of technical issues and addressing potentially complex technical problems/questions
  • Experience querying databases and monitoring systems, including SQL and/or Elasticsearch
  • Strong communication skills to explain potentially complex situations to team members and clients

Responsibilities

  • Create and debug custom javascript snippets for clients
  • Troubleshoot simple to complex system setups across various platforms
  • Help guide users and clients alike with the technical intricacies of our platform
  • Identify root causes of technical issues and address potentially complex technical problems/questions and querying databases and monitoring systems, including SQL and/or Elasticsearch
  • Take ownership of escalations and highly technical problem solving
  • Work with clients to help solve their technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and CMS systems (WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot) is a plus
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising is a plus
  • Experience with GraphQL is a plus
