Summary

Join SpryPoint as a Business Solutions Specialist and play a critical role in optimizing business processes using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence). You will collaborate with internal teams, manage system configurations, deliver training, provide ongoing support, and create internal documentation. This role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience administering and configuring Atlassian tools, strong business process analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience administering and configuring Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in a professional setting
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and ability to translate requirements into effective Atlassian solutions
  • Experience with workflow automation (e.g., Jira Automation, scripting, or plugins like ScriptRunner, Jira Service Management workflows)
  • Ability to train and support users at all levels, from beginners to power users
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their workflows and implement tailored solutions using Atlassian products
  • Manage system configurations, workflows, automation rules, user permissions, and integrations within Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
  • Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and live presentations to help teams adopt best practices and maximize their use of Atlassian tools
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert-level support to users
  • Create and publish internal documentation, best practice guides, and templates to facilitate effective usage of Atlassian tools
  • Stay up to date with Atlassianโ€™s product updates, new features, and industry trends to proactively recommend improvements
  • Work closely with leadership, product teams, and operations to align Atlassian implementations with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and scripting (e.g., using Jira REST API)
