Summary
Join Bastion as our first Technical Sourcer and play a crucial role in building our talent pipeline. This part-time role (initially 20 hours/week) offers the potential to transition into a full-time permanent position. You will utilize diverse sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent across technical and business functions. Partnering with key leaders, you'll develop and implement sourcing strategies, craft compelling outreach messages, and manage candidate relationships. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in high-growth environments and demonstrates exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience sourcing in a high-growth environment with a demanding talent bar
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple talent pipelines across a diverse set of roles with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Deep curiosity about bleeding-edge technical trends and talent markets
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- A willingness to tackle tasks of any size to ensure company success
- Familiarity with our tools and systems [Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, G-Suite]
Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing techniques and creative strategies to build predictable and robust pipelines of qualified candidates
- Strategic talent mapping of a fast-growing competitive landscape
- Partner with key leaders to develop sourcing strategies for critical roles
- Craft thoughtful, compelling outreach messaging to engage passive talent
- Develop a deep understanding of Bastionβs business and products, and communicate them effectively to talent
- Be the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the onsite stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
