Summary

The job is for a Technical Support Analyst to join a machine learning cloud infrastructure business. The role involves resolving customer issues via various channels, collaborating with teams, improving customer experience, and managing projects. The candidate should have 2+ years of customer support or customer success experience at a technical organization, Linux sys admin experience, and be based in the Central European Timezone.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer support or customer success role at a technical organization
• Demonstrable linux sys administration experience
• Experience building and implementing cross functional processes from scratch
• Based in Central European Timezone
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively
• Attention to detail – you sweat the small stuff
• Ability to empathize with customers
• Willingness to follow and manage established processes and guidance
• Experience with standard office applications, such as MS Office, G-Suite, task tracking tools, etc

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer requests and issues via chat, email and the occasional phone or video calls
• Lead partnerships with Success, Product, Engineering and other teams to resolve issues for our customers
• Work with Voltage Park product and engineering to develop content and features that empower Voltage Park customers to resolve their own issues
• Identify and implement improvements to the Voltage Park customer experience
• Juggle multiple responsibilities across different support functions
• Manage cross-functional projects
• Provide occasional on-call support

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Support experience
• Command line level sys administration experience
• AI model training experience
• Experience in one or more of the following: Discord community management experience, Data center support experience, Project management experience, Startup experience
