  • Manage advanced Tier 2 support issues with software development
  • Keep accurate records and ensure processes are well-documented
  • Deliver excellent customer service, driving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Help our customers get the most from our platform, solve problems as they arise, and escalate matters to the appropriate channels as needed

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of in-office Orthodontic practice knowledge and experience

Benefits

Compensation between $33,050 - $68,650 for this position
