Requirements
- 4+ years experience in writing, editing, and reviewing technical documentation for B2B SaaS products
- Proven ability to gather information from multiple channels, dive deep, and synthesize the information into a cohesive narrative
- Proven ability to operate with flexibility, in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
- Self-organized and a self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough and tenacious
- Experience building documentation websites with static site generators and markup languages like Markdown/MDX; proficiency with docs-as-code tools like GitHub
- Understanding API best practices; familiar with API specs and documentation tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert in our product
- Create, update and maintain customer-facing documentation at DoiT Help Center and the Developer Hub
- Collaborate with Product managers, engineers, and designers to gain an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio, identify documentation needs and opportunities from a customer-centric view
- Manage multiple documentation tasks in any given sprint
- Contribute to other technical knowledge articles at DoiT
- Participate in tooling and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of cloud technology, e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes
- Experience and knowledge of DocOps
- A great sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work
