Technical Writer

Summary

Join our team as a Technical Writer and create high-quality documentation and multimedia content to support product adoption and enablement. You will develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials, design visually appealing infographics and one-pagers, and create engaging video content. This role requires proficiency in documentation and design tools, video editing expertise, and strong communication skills. Experience simplifying complex technical concepts is essential. The position is remote and requires 3+ years of experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs, Google Sites etc.)
• Experience with design tools (Figma, Canva, or similar)
• Video editing expertise (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
• Strong communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities
