Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Quick learner able to grasp and explain technical concepts
• Collaborative team player with a process improvement mindset
• Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
• 5+ years tech industry experience with at least 2+ as a technical writer

Responsibilities

• Create user-friendly documentation, including API guides, technical specs, user manuals, and knowledge-base articles
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand and document complex technical concepts
• Maintain a centralized, well-organized documentation repository with proper version control
• Improve documentation processes and tools, staying aligned with industry best practices
• Keep documentation up-to-date with the latest software features and updates
• Ensure consistency in style and tone across all technical content
